What does Account on Me do?

We handle business compliance and accounting tasks for South African individuals, companies, non-profits and sole proprietors, including CIPC company registrations and amendments, SARS tax registrations and submissions, financial statements, and import/export and customs licences. You order the service you need online and we complete the filing on your behalf.

What documents will I need to provide?

It depends on the service, but most CIPC and SARS services require a certified copy of the ID or passport of each director or individual, proof of residential and/or business address, and, for tax-related work, relevant financial records or existing registration numbers. The exact list for your service is sent to you after checkout, and we will tell you if anything else is needed.

How do I send my documents to you?

After you order, we will provide a secure way to submit your documents (for example a reply to our confirmation email or an upload link). Please do not send sensitive documents through unsecured channels.

Do you handle both individual and company tax returns?

Yes. We file individual returns (ITR12 — simple, complex, and sole proprietor versions) and company returns (ITR14 — nil and trading), as well as provisional tax (IRP6), VAT (VAT201), and payroll submissions (EMP201 and EMP501).
